Falken Collective Return Policy

At Falken Collective, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
    •    Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    •    Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
    •    Exclusions: Final sale items, limited drops, collaborations, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds
    •    Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been processed and inspected.
    •    Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.

Exchanges
    •    We currently offer size exchanges only, pending availability.
    •    If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

How to Start a Return
    1.    Contact us at : soul@falkencollective.art , with your order number and reason for return.
    2.    We’ll send you return instructions.
    3.    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll cover the cost of return shipping or send a replacement at no cost.
