Falken Collective Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on customs and carrier delays.

Falken Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been scanned by the carrier. If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not able to reship or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but we’re working on expanding our options as we grow.
